US Patent No. 11,524,184 B2 (Tiffany Carle, David Gan, Michelle Hines); Mary Kay Inc., Addison, TX, has patented a method for treating loose and/or sagging skin by applying a composition. That composition is comprised of Syzygium cumini extract (aqueous, alcoholic, or aqueous-alcoholic); jojoba oil; a wax; and a preservative. The Syzygium cumini extract reduces matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) activity in the skin and treats loose and/or sagging skin....
